The more you know about how your body works, the better are choices necessary to enhance both the quantity and quality of your life!

Your Body is form by electronic vibrations!

Every atom and organ of your body has its own electronic vibration for achieving and sustaining equilibrium in your body.

Thus each cell or a unit of life holds the capability of reproducing itself, known as reproduction or division. When an organ or an element of your body becomes incapable of providing that equilibrium that is required for physical existence and reproduction, that part of your body starts to lack electronic energy. This might occur upon injury or during a disease caused by external factors. It may also be caused by internal factors and seen as a lack of eliminations produced in the system.”

Actual solidity does not exist in our universe.
A form that appears to be solid is in fact formed by an underlying vibration. Vibrations are most visible in the formation of crystals that are expressions of vibrations according to corresponding geometrical figures. Crystals work as one in forming the body of a particular element in relation to its individual vibration. Snowflakes and flowers, for example, take on their shape by responding to a particular sound in nature.

The entire material world that surrounds us is mere vibration.
As we experience an ocean with endless waves, a river of flowing sensations, and an eternal dance of infinite vibrations in every atom of our body, we witness our ever changing nature. This all happens at an extremely subtle level.

BRAIN CHEMICAL – Happiness is a Chemical in Your Brain

Neurotransmitters are endogenous chemicals that transmit signals from a neuron to a target cell across a synapse.

It is in great part, brain nutrition that fills our heart with happiness and love, reason and compassion, forgiveness and understanding.

There are approximately 100,000 chemical reactions which go on in a human brain every second!

The human brain is like a radio transmitter which emits electrical wave signals that are measurable
It does this for a few hours after a person’s death as well!

Almost all chemicals in the brain are known as neurotransmitters, which means they help in passing and modulating signals between neurons and other cells. Scientists have found that when the brain is in slower brain wave states (like alpha and theta), it produces specific hormones and “neuropeptides.” These hormones effects to boosted memory, creativity, and ability to learn.

Chemical imbalance in the brain is believed to be the cause for emotional distress and disturbances.

Endorphins are natural pain killing substances found in the human brain. The name comes from endogenous (meaning within) and morphine (morphine being a pain killer). Endorphins are one of the neurotransmitters in the brain. Electro-acupuncture and binaural sound have been used to stimulate the production of endorphins.Increased endorphins in our brain has been linked to theta and alpha brain wave states of consciousness.

Serotonin and norepinephrine are the main chemicals in the brain which cause depression. Studies have shown that low serotonin levels in the brain can lead to anxiety, irritability and sleep disorders which are normally associated with depression. Similarly, reduced levels of norepinephrine, a chemical responsible for arousal and alertness, can lead to fatigue and a general depressed mood.

Melatonin also known chemically is a naturally occurring compound found in animals, plants and microbes. In animals, circulating levels of the hormone melatonin vary in a daily cycle, thereby allowing the entrainment of the circadian rhythms of several biological functions. Melatonin is a natural sleep inducer and regulator. It is secreted by the pineal gland when night falls thus regulating sleep patterns. When the regular cycle is disrupted you can find that the production of melatonin is also disrupted.
